Looking Back At 2016

Sitting on the edge of the pool of 2017, with my toes dangling into the water, I think it’s a good idea to look back at 2016. It’s a good way to focus on the good things, and work out a strategy to move forwards in my plan.

So, what did I achieve last year?

The biggest things were appearing at the Ashford Fringe Festival, having a sell out theatre show in Rye, performing street magic in Hythe, performing close up magic for Dobbies, Euro Tunnel, at other various corporate events, weddings, private parties. Also I gave my time to support the local community, appearing at a party at a Children’s Ward in a hospital that had had its budget taken away, given up my time to support the special baby care unit at the William Harvey Hospital.

But what were the things I didn’t achieve? What can I do to make sure I’m successful in 2017? The two biggest things I want to do this year, are find some magic residencies, that is working regularly at some pubs and restaurants that want some of my amazing and fun magic, and finally join the magic circle! The last one is something I’ve put off too long now, I need to fight my fear and do it!

What do you want to achieve in 2017, and how will you do it?

If you are a restaurant or a pub in Kent and you would like some amazing magic to entertain your guests and bring them back for more, please get in touch.
